Gotta Keep Reading – Ocoee Middle School Unites!

Ocoee Middle School in Central Florida made this fantastic video a few years ago, but it is still SO relevant!  The took the words from a popular Black Eyed Peas song, changed them (with permission) and made this amazing video with the entire school to promote reading!

Take a few minutes to check it out. . .and before you know it, you’ll be singing THIS version of the song!

Gotta Keep Reading – Ocoee Middle School (to the familiar tune of I’ve Got a Feeling by the Black Eyed Peas)

Happy Friday!

Thanks for reading,

Rebecca

    • Not my school, but about an hour away from where I worked. Florida has a reading contest every year where kids make great reading videos, and I think this might have been part of the contest. Either way, our media specialist showed it to the kids like 3 years ago, and I have shown it to mine every year. It’s great because all the kids know the original song, and this one is sooo catchy!
