Please read if you are an author, publisher, or publicist who would like me to review a book for you.

***Please note that I receive many book requests and accept very few, if any, of them.   This is so that I can continue to participate in book tours by certain organizations that I am already connected with, as well as read what is on my to-read list.  If you have more questions as to why bloggers accept few review requests, my fabulous friend Estella’s Revenge has a post explaining more of the details.

If you are going to send a review request, please check out the books I have reviewed in order to see if your book sounds like something I might enjoy.

Also, take the time to check out my blog and personalize your review request.  If you would like me to take 8-10 hours to read your book, you should be able to find a few minutes to check out my blog.

I generally read classic novels and literary fiction, although I also love nonfiction and memoirs.  I read books from Oprah’s book club list, love Margaret Atwood, Stephen King, Mitch Albom, Mary Roach, and Jodi Picoult, just to name a few.

Books I do not enjoy, which would therefore make me not a good person to review your book, are those fall into these categories: romance novels, paranormal fiction, vampire novels, zombie novels, poetry, and anything with witchcraft or ghosts.

Please keep in mind that I will only accept physical books.

If I accept, I will receive and read your book in exchange for an HONEST review.  I am fair to myself and to my followers, and will only post the truth, which will have positives and maybe some negatives, but it will be honest.

The new ads are driving me nuts i would start watching a video and an ad would pop up and end the video totally and there is no way of me going back unless reload and then skip that specific part (that area where it shows a yellow bar at the bottom of the video mainly) its driving me nuts i stopped watching a couple videos because of the main ad that stops the whole video. Youtube you seriously need to do something about this.
